HOW CAN I RUN FASTER, MORE EFFICIENTLY AND AVOID INJURY?
Speed is the most sought after physical trait of athletes today. Soccer speed is one of those traits that if you have it more than any other player on the field you will be noticed. Excellent soccer speed can impact the game. The key thing to remember is that soccer speed is not only straight ahead speed. PRE & EARLY SEASON WORKOUT
To get fit and physically ready for the season start follow this workout program in July & August. Remember, it is not just WHAT you do, but HOW you do it. The more intense your workout is, the more you will grow as a player. Perform 1 exercise from each group listed for about 15 minutes per group, so your workouts should last for about 1 hour, but never longer than 90 minutes.
